  • Custom-made or personalized stickers cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@sunsignsticker.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return shipping details. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • The replacement process follows the same steps as the return process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized stickers.
  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit damage).
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong design selection, size, or color).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed and shipped.
